Organisation

Orange House Partnership was established in May 2009 and comprises:

  • Its Management Board (OHPMB) of currently 4 members, including a Chairperson, Executive Secretary and Financial Officer to manage and oversee Orange House Partnership and secure its not-for-profit objectives and operational basis.
  • A separate  Management Board of the Orange House Trust Fund Foundation (OHTFF)  which was established in June 2010 and currently comprises 6 members. Details of the members of the two Management Boards can be found under Management. Since 2012 the OHP Management Board and the OHTFF Management Board generally meet as a joint meeting (JM). Management Board meeting agendas, minutes and other formal documents can be found under Project Reports.
  • A Executive Office (EO), headed by the Managing Director, to direct the Partnership, coordinate and oversee projects, manage acquisition and communication issues, and provide legal, administrative and logistic support;
  • A Project Leadership Team (PLT) of a limited number of voluntary senior experts with broad agri-science, risk assessment and/or risk management expertise and experience to manage the various projects. Details of the Project Leadership Team can be found under Organisation/ Management
  • A Group of specific Experts (GSE) comprising a considerable number of voluntary senior experts with specific scientific expertise who participate in the Partnership on an ad hoc project basis and availability.
